Excellent veterinary practice, there excellent team and care they provided, saved my dog from from a life threatening condition, also have provided quality care for my other dogs and cats, very friendly and caring receptionist team and vets are wonderful and provide excellent care for your pet, explaining everything, definitely 5 stars.

They were so understanding when my cat had an emergency. He was seen to within hours, and he was really calm with the vet. He received great care and treatment. The staff were very friendly. Great experience, and my cat healed within a week.

Depends on the vet. I try to understand that veterinary care as a charity is very difficult, but I haven't been happy with the standard of care at times. I am grateful that during my personal rough patch, made worse by discovering the pet insurance we have wouldn't cover this particular issue, the PDSA could help. The veterinary care wasn't gold standard, but it was affordable.

Refused to give a full refund despite receipt and not receiving the service. See pics. Rude manager who dealt with me also.. I'm expecting a lot of good reviews coming up to hide this review also lool review on social media and official complaint underway. You can't just decide to keep a whole refund because you can that's not how the world works.. There are consumer rights :)

My dog cut its leg, phoned said bring in straight away. Sorted dog out with stichies, explained procedure and price. Nice professional and friendly service.

First time visited… great service and helpful staff.. nice and clean waiting area.. car parking big enough for pets hospital..
