Near on impossible to get appointment.when they ring you to take payment they litrally ring once and hang up then have the cheek to send text and tell you they have tried to contact you after one ring!! Then cancel appointment

Wonderful friendly and sympathetic staff. Wait can sometimes be long but that is a small thing when you are getting good care for your pets free of charge. I go often and can't complain at all.

They were so understanding when my cat had an emergency. He was seen to within hours, and he was really calm with the vet. He received great care and treatment. The staff were very friendly. Great experience, and my cat healed within a week.

Depends on the vet. I try to understand that veterinary care as a charity is very difficult, but I haven't been happy with the standard of care at times. I am grateful that during my personal rough patch, made worse by discovering the pet insurance we have wouldn't cover this particular issue, the PDSA could help. The veterinary care wasn't gold standard, but it was affordable.
